Platform
One console for every unit, every call, every alert
The Pushytap Operations Portal puts realtime positions, active talkgroups, distress alerts and job status on a single screen — with a wall display mode for the control room.
The problem
Most control rooms reconstruct the picture by phone: who is on site, who responded, when it happened. That reconstruction is slow during an incident and unprovable afterwards.
What Pushytap does
- Every reporting unit sits on one live map, with last-known position held when a device drops off the network — dispatch never loses the picture mid-incident.
- Distress alerts land on a dedicated SOS desk that opens the escalation chain automatically, so the response starts before anyone finds the right phone number.
- Operators mark up the map with zones, no-go areas, pins and routes, and can replay any shift minute by minute to reconstruct exactly what happened.
- Control rooms run it on the wall in kiosk mode, with as many concurrent operators as the operation needs on Enterprise.
What changes
- Response decisions made from the map, not from a phone tree
- Client questions answered from the record instead of from memory
- Supervisors cover more sites without more windshield time
